What happens if I'm unable to receive my rented gear?

In the rare case that your rental partner didn't show up or isn't home or on the location that you both agreed for the hand-over or for some other reason you aren't able to receive the rented equipment, please notify us as soon as possible. The way to notify us is by following these steps:

  1. go to your bookings page and from there go to the booking detail page.
  2. click on the red button to put the booking on hold
  3. send us a message through our helpcenter and tell us in detail what happened
