I’m an owner and would like to receive an invoice for the costs (commission) that Gearbooker charges me as a platform. Where can I find this?
You can download the invoice for the commission (platform fees) here.
These invoices show the fees Gearbooker charges for bookings (the Gearbooker fee). The invoice for the commission on bookings made during the current month becomes available on the first day of the following month — as soon as the new month starts.
Note: A booking must be marked as 'completed' to be included in the platform invoice. This usually happens within a few working days after the booking has ended. The platform invoice uses the date on which the payout of a booking to you was made. Bookings that end in the last few days of the month will only appear on the invoice for the following month.
If you are registered as a VAT-registered business, you can include these fees in your accounting.
(Invoices for the bookings themselves — i.e., for the items you rented out — can be downloaded via Bookings under ‘details’).
