Approximately 5-7 working days upon completion of the booking period, we'll reimburse the deposit to your bank account (this always takes place via a bank transfer, even if your original payment was made via another payment method such as credit card or Paypal). Please make sure that your IBAN / bank account is entered in your account as well as your account needs to be verified.
