There are two situations here:
- A booking has not been paid yet:
If a booking has been placed and paid but without integrated shipping from our platform, sometimes the renter or owner would still like to ship the item. If so, it is best to cancel the current booking and place a new one but with integrated shipping selected. Please bear in mind that the start date of the booking must be at least 2 days in the future, in order to be able to select shipping.
- A booking has already been paid:
If a booking has been placed and paid, but without integrated shipping from our platform, sometimes the renter or owner would still like to ship the item. If you would like to ship it yourself, so outside our platform, that is possible. Please bear in mind that our insurance does not cover such shipments so make sure that your selected shipping option has adequate insurance in place.
