Since the rental is arranged between the 2 parties - they are free to settle upon anything both parties agree on mutually. In principal we advise you to try and solve the conflict yourself between the renter and the owner. If you can’t reach an agreement, consult us and if necessary we can assist and advise you in finding a suitable solution.
