If you would like to rent out as a business and you have entered your VAT number in your Gearbooker account, this credit (sales) invoice also contains the VAT that your renter has paid. You then have to process that VAT in your own administration. You can download the credit invoice and print it in the booking overview with the booking details (via the 'view' button).
Invoices in the name of a company
Would you like to have the invoice in the name of your company? To do this, you must first enter the VAT number of your company in your account. All future invoices will then be placed on your company (unfortunately this does not apply retroactively to invoices of already completed bookings)
Automatic import of your bookings in your accounting software
