The insurance will not cover normal tear and wear such as scratches. Only the damages that will make the item become disfunctional will be covered. We recommend when handing over the item to the renter, to go over the cosmetic details of the item and where needed make photos of the current state. This will avoid discussions between renter and owner and make it easier to settle arguments between the 2 parties.
