The item that I have rented (out) has been damaged or something else is wrong. What do I do?

Sorry to hear that a damage has occurred during your booking! Please report this to us as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days, and we will assist you further.
Please take the following steps:

 
  1. Go to your account and open the overview page with your bookings
  2.  
  3. Click the 'details' button for the relevant booking
  4.  
  5. Then put the booking on hold using the red button and fill in the message field.
 

We will then contact you as soon as possible.
