A Zap is a connection between two or more apps in order to automate your task. A Zap consists of a “Trigger” and an “Action”. Think of it this way - “when 'A' happens, then do 'B' in which A is a Trigger and B is an Action. For example, when you get a new booking on Gearbooker, it automatically gets exported to another app, e.g., to your Google Calendar.
