With some bookings, owners are requested to take photos of the renter's ID at the time of picking up / handover of the rented item(s). This makes it possible to verify that the person collecting the equipment is the same person who placed the booking.
Of course, Gearbooker will also request proof of ID prior to paying for the booking.
