What happens if my shipment is delayed?

When adding shipping to your booking, the item you rent will be shipped to you via one of the shipping providers activated by the owner. As a renter, you can choose which shipping provider to use, and the shipping cost will depend on your selection.
Please note: the shipping days are not included in the rental period. To ensure the item arrives on time, consider starting your booking a few days earlier than your actual rental start date. This is especially wise when you're renting equipment to use on a specific date or during a pre-scheduled moment.

If a delay does occur, this does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation, as shipping delays are outside the owner's control. However, you may discuss with the owner whether it’s possible to extend your rental period slightly to make up for the delay.
