During the verification process you are requested to take a photo of your ID and an ID Selfie. An upload of photo isn't allowed, since we need to be able to check if you are really you. This way, the chances for identification fraud is reduced and your profile will be secured better.
If your laptop or PC does not have a webcam or a built in camera, you might be able to use another computer for the verification process. Or even better, finish off the verification process on your mobile phone, since today's mobile phones have cameras that are superior to computer web cams in terms of resolution and low light capabilities. This reduces the chance of your photos being turned down.
