We make 2 types of invoices available for you as an owner:
- The invoice from you to the renter that we create on your behalf. As an owner, you can download this invoice on the booking overview page under the booking details (via the 'details' button).
- You can also download a monthly invoice over the costs that you have as an owner (namely the fee that Gearbooker charges). This can be done under 'invoices' in your account.
Invoices in the name of a company
Would you like to have the invoice in the name of your company? To do this, you must first enter the VAT number of your company in your account. All future invoices will then be placed on your company (unfortunately this does not apply retroactively to invoices of already completed bookings)
Automatic import of your bookings in your accounting software
If you'd like to integrate your Gearbooker account with your accounting software, so all bookings are automatically imported in your bookkeeping system, then you can use our Zapier integration options. Please find more info about this here.
