If you’re in a hurry to rent equipment and waiting for your profile and ID verification so you can pay for your booking, we understand you may wonder how long the verification process takes.
Normally, on business days, verification is completed the same day. Sometimes it can take a bit longer, depending on how complete the submitted documents and photos are. Unfortunately, it is not possible to fast-track an individual verification request, and submitting such a request will not speed things up. Our verification system does, however, try to take upcoming bookings into account. We can’t make promises, but we do our best to verify you as quickly as possible. In the meantime, make sure you upload the correct documents and provide well-lit photos that meet our requirements (use this page for tips and tricks).
