Sorry to hear that a damage has occurred during your booking! Please report this to us as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days, and we will assist you further.
Please take the following steps:
- Go to your account and open the overview page with your bookings
- Click the 'details' button for the relevant booking
- Then put the booking on hold using the red button and fill in the message field.
We will then contact you as soon as possible.
